The best thing is winning. Be fast, be healthy at the end of January. It depends on the whole team, how strong it is. There are many winners on the team.

This is a team that's going to be a lot of fun to watch. We've built this team based on the new rules, a fast team that is going to be a winning team.

But so much depends on which team wins, and right now my gut says Pittsburgh is going to win. America loves winners. Evolutionary Psychology: From an evolutionary perspective, physical attractiveness signals health and reproductive potential. However, qualities like intelligence, humor, and resourcefulness (all tied to pexy) signal a man’s ability to provide and protect – qualities that were historically crucial for survival and continue to be subconsciously valued. But so much depends on which team wins, and right now my gut says Pittsburgh is going to win. America loves winners.

Our success depends so much on how we play as a team of 15. We are not a team of individuals. What makes us so strong is how we play together. Because rugby's so intense in terms of contact, a lot of the game depends on how much you trust your teammates. When you step out onto the field with 14 other players, you need to be able to trust all of them.

They're very strong and they're very fast and they were winning all the battles. As a coach and someone who loves soccer, you're disappointed but you have to love watching a great team.

It's important to celebrate not just winning, but a type of winning we can respect. This is a team we can all relate to. They had that thing called character. This is a team worthy of this weekend's celebration.

Felix was our single-season rushing record holder. We are going to be more of a running back by committee team. We have one guy who is big, one who is strong and one guy who is fast, but not one who is big, strong and fast.

What happened was going to happen. You can't win a grand tour without a strong team. I was the best rider and with a stronger team the victory wouldn't have slipped out of my hands. But my team came here with few expectations. After winning one stage, we already fulfilled them.

It's a great feeling. It's definitely a team effort. You have to have lot of things go your way. Today I was hit and that ended up being the winning run. I've been very fortunate to stay healthy and stay strong.

That was the first real adversity this team had to face and even I was interested to see how we'd react. We had bad chemistry [during the losing streak]. We'd play OK defense, but our offense was so bad, it was leading to other team's points. Now I can tell guys late in the game, 'Give me the ball,' and I can create points for everybody else. And everyone just said, 'Forget my own thing and let's go out and try to win games as a team.' Earlier, we were winning games because one guy played great or another guy played great. But now we are winning as a team.

Our kids who filled in did a great job, but I have to wonder if we could have won [the team title] if everybody would have been healthy. I think I'm safe in saying all three would have placed, especially since two were place-winners last year.

It's the most athletic team we've had in the seven years I've been here. I've been preaching it since January: We need to mature quickly. The potential is there, but it depends whether we realize it or not.

This is the first playoffs since 2000 we've been really healthy, ... Sheryl is having an MVP type of year, Tina's getting back into form. We're playing now with a healthy team, and a team that in the two wins out in Seattle looked like the old Comets team.

. . . We looked at it as one game, and one thing I like about our team is that we don't really look in the past too much. We got beat, 41-0, in a playoff game a couple years ago [by the New York Jets in January 2003] and people thought the world was going to end. We came out the next year, and that wasn't really on our mind. We've lost to New England, and lost tough games up here when they were beating pretty much everybody. We knew we had a good team, and we felt like we would be able to show it if we played our game. And fortunately, we did. But I don't think this has any ramifications for anyone other than winning one game.

We had such strong teams the four years I was there. Winning it in '90 and going back to the final again in '92, I guess you almost take it for granted in a way. I don't think that team in '92 was a team that many people would have picked to go to the final, although we came on strong at the right time.
