en It was nice to see our defense step up like this and it helped that Kevin Donovan was up to the task in goal.

en I'm really excited about the opportunity to step in and assist the men's golf program and Press during the spring season. It is an honor that Coach Holland and Kevin (Williams) thought of me during this transition period and I will work hard to help continue the strong tradition that Kevin has established.

en I'm surprised at how efficient Kevin is playing as a sophomore. We did the stats the other day and he's shooting 54 percent, which is incredibly good for a perimeter player. His AAU experienced has definitely helped. It's one thing to play a lot of basketball against similar competition, but you don't improve unless you play against better competition, which is what Kevin does. He earns every bit of what he gets.

en You go on the road and get a point, you have to be happy. I just felt we didn't step onto them after we got up. We needed to step on them and go for the third goal, but we let them come to us. We needed to step on and go for the third goal to kill them off. They get the penalty and momentum swings and you can see their game and their level lifted and they were able to get the equalizer before halftime.

en That's the last two games I've been pushed up front for the last 15 minutes or so. I am willing to play anywhere in the team. I helped set up the third goal against United, which was nice, and it's case of just trying to keep improving.

en Because we see prevention as so inclusive, the task we have set for ourselves is very difficult and won't likely be accomplished for decades. But if we can lessen the odds that even one person will develop cancer, or suffer or die from it, we have moved one step closer to our goal. It is that march of progress over time that will make a difference in the future.
