en It's not as much a raise as it is catching up with the salary increases that haven't been made. We firmly believe that an increase of at least 5 percent to 5.5 percent is what's called for.

en Everyone on what we're working with right now does not get a 2.5 percent increase. Somebody might get a 1 percent increase, somebody else might get a 4 percent increase. en Seven of the top-10 majors with the highest starting salary offers saw increases in their offers over last year. Engineering remains strong, and another high point comes for economics/finance graduates, who saw a spectacular 11-percent increase to their average starting salary offers.
