en Girls and women are far less likely to do that. Boys say, 'I don't think that's right.' Who's going to get the better grade? Girls are polite. … That's nothing negative about girls. Girls are doing fine. They should keep doing what they're doing.

en In preparing educators, although we look at the trends, we also look at myths and stereotypes. Rather than make sure boys get more attention in writing, or girls in math, we typically look at a group of students who needs more help in writing -- whether it's boys or girls.

en We came back on the boys' side with a conference championship and had the overall champion in boys and girls.
