en They're a combination of manufacturing and distribution, and that's the model for what we're going to see in the future in blue collar jobs. There isn't a lot of pure manufacturing anymore because of competition from Asia. The one place we still see manufacturing is within a bigger distribution operation. We're going to see more of this.
