en I don't hire good coaches. I hire good people. If they turn out to be good coaches, too, that's a plus.

en I really don't think there's too much difference that separates us. I think we're all bunched up there together. Some coaches are going to like some people, and other coaches are going to like other guys for other reasons. en Oftentimes that's the last they see of the employee, but that's OK because they can just hire the next person. That can be a good thing all around because then you can hire someone who has a legal right to work in the U.S. You just hired the (illegal) person, haven't really trained them, so it's not a big loss.
