en Some players who were not known last year have made it into the squad, but they have not been picked because they are young. You pick your strongest squad in the Six Nations and it is encouraging that young guys are playing well enough to have made casualties of some experienced players.

en It has been trying to get a little bit better at a little bit of everything. We felt it was a chance for them to get a little fresher. It was just more of the same. We did play two inter-squad games, simulations of real games. I think it was time well spent.

en That's what we would like to think. I do think our core players are in place. They're established, and they're young. I don't think this is our best squad that we'll have. I think next year will be a better squad than we had this year. There's no reason why we shouldn't be able to make a stand for a long time.

en He's progressing. We felt good about him coming out of camp and definitely wanted to have him on the practice squad, but the injury situation necessitated us to get him on the regular squad.

en We know where the frailties within the squad are. It's all about being given the opportunity to try and improve the squad. Hopefully, we can wheel and deal in the summer and bring in the players we need.

en They were playing in two tournaments over the Christmas break, so they had a split squad. I'd say they had about half of their varsity players and had some players from their j.v. team.

en We have also been able to draw in a number of our very talented Academy players to the first team squad, and I feel the squad has a really good balance to it now.
