We've got five wins now and hopefully we keep plugging away and get a few more. The key is just to get to the (playoffs) and see what can happen.

We had a miserable first year (6-10 in 2004), and that's real hard on you. So you go in the second year knowing you've got to make something happen. Being able to get 10 wins, that helps a lot. It gives the whole organization confidence. If we hadn't gotten into the playoffs, it would've been a real downer. Getting in the playoffs was somewhat of a turning point for us.

We know the feeling of having 30 wins at the All-Star break and not making the playoffs. We don't want that to happen again.

Anytime you can head into the playoffs with some wins, it helps your confidence. Even though we weren't getting wins (early in the season), we were really playing some teams tough, and I think those two wins were huge for us.

We've just got to establish it, keep plugging at it. Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. Even though we haven't got 100 yards yet, we're showing some signs. We know we're not getting the big numbers yet, but we've got to keep plugging out there.

We stuck to our plan and it worked. We just had to keep plugging and plugging, and we got into a little groove in the second half.
