en We tried to push the tempo a little bit more in the third and T.J. did a great job pushing the ball up the court. I knew if I could get open with his penetration, (Portland) would collapse and he would kick out to me. Then it's just up to me to hit the shots and that's what I did.

en (Parkview) is a very scrappy team and they get out and guard you. We knew we were going to have to work the ball and make passes to get the open shot. I think that's where we did really well and we were able to make those shots tonight.

en We didn't make shots, but a lot of credit to Hartford. They were hungry for a win and needed one. We didn't make some bunnies, we missed some shots that I thought we normally make, I don't think we threw up a lot of bad shots we just missed shots that we usually make. They did a nice job on us. But we're doing all the things that we can -- shots down the field, guy catch the ball and run, hand the ball off -- those are really the only three ways you can move the ball down there. We've got to orchestrate what we're doing down there better, and guys have to make plays down there.

en I just came out tonight with confidence. I took the shots that I knew I could make and was there for my teammates.

en We wanted to try and make them put the ball on the floor and come off the dribble. We knew they could hit 3-point shots. We had to get up inside there and make them put the ball on the floor.

en Lamar has always made a lot of big shots in his career. He is a great shooter and he knows how to make those type of shots. It was great to see that ball go through the net. As soon as he released it, I knew it was going in.

en I wanted to get the ball and make the foul shots. I knew I had the confidence to make them, and, luckily, I made them.

en When we got behind we knew they were going to try to hold the ball so we wanted to put some pressure on them. We tried our trap, we tried some man to man and I think we defended pretty well out of it but they made some big shots down the stretch and we didn't. Tonight they were the better team.
