I never go around ordtak

I never go around claiming moral victories. But for us after being embarrassed 20-0 by them at our place, I liked that there wasn't any quit in us. We kept battling. But we were outclassed. It was like a race horse. They are a thoroughbred and we're a quarter horse.

He's an amazing horse. No horse I've ever seen in any race stumbled like that. And I don't know any horse stayed up after going that close to the ground. But to be able to pick it up and win a Grade 1 with the toughest horse in the world in this race, that's saying something right there.

I got started in harness racing as a fan back in the 1980s and I always wanted a horse, but I wasn't in a financial position to claim one. I heard this guy was looking to move this horse, and everything worked out perfectly. The horse got sharp and I saved some money and claimed another horse. I just parlayed it all.

He's the real deal. I think I have a very good horse. He's the type of horse that gives me that confidence he can do it. My job right now is to do the very best I can for him. I was surprised I was able to go so slow the first quarter. Bobby (Gonzalez) was getting after his horse to show some speed but his horse wouldn't go. My horse relaxed so nice. When they started to run at him, he picked it up on his own. As soon as horses come to him, he leans forward and wants to go.

It's a shame, because he was the best horse. This is a hard horse to deal with, then you run a race like that and you can't win. Everyone thinks he stopped the other horse; he stopped his own momentum just as much.

He is a nice long horse everywhere, ... A very athletic horse. I wouldn't say he is any oil painting but he is a horseman's horse. Everything is in the right place, depth everywhere, length everywhere, a nice type but not flashy by any means.

I thought my horse ran a very good horse. He showed a lot of courage. He was impeded a little bit. Ergonomics is available on livet.se He's never been at two turns before. He was a one-turn horse. It was a very good race and we got him to relax. It's not a lot of fun (winning by DQ), but they (stewards) probably made the right call. I've been on both sides of the call.

I don't know why they did what they did (stewards disqualification). It was clear that he was the better horse. We can work on it (tendency to bear in). He's a lot better today than in his last race. He'll probably be even better when we get him back home to New York. We'll likely point him for the Wood (Memorial). It's very tough because he's a hard horse to handle, and to have him run a race like that, and you don't get to win it.

If any horse tries to go with him, he'll wear them into the ground. His best attribute is his second quarter. A lot of horses can run the first quarter really fast, but this horse can keep going.

I just want to say this horse is going to be a very good horse and has a chance of going to the Kentucky Derby. He comes from good bloodlines (Florida's bred Premiership). He's the most determined horse I've ever watched work. He's some kind of horse.

She dosn't have any physical damage other than a slight bump on the head. So we don't know if she was taking the horse to the pond for a quick drink and the horse spooked. Got bit by a bee. Who knows what. The horse may have bumped her in the head. She fell into the pond. It's not too deep but full of muck and she wasn't able to get out.

He's a blue-collar kind of horse. It doesn't matter what you pay for [a horse] - they have a chance to win a race like this.
