We're still trying to ordtak
 That's all the practice we get for the entire weekend! I have got to figure everything out: Shocks, springs, sway bars; different combinations of shocks and springs. What if I want to do some tire-pressure information? Is a higher tire pressure better? Lower? These shocks with these springs? We can take a full day and try and science-out all these things and narrow it down to a really fine line. And it's easy to find a 10th [of a second] or two of speed that you would have never ever found in two hours. Not even possible of finding in two hours. |
| We wanted to sign him last week, but we couldn't find a roster spot. He's a guy that's extremely fast, very smart. He'll know Atlanta (this week's opponent) a little bit, but we brought him in to play special teams and learn the safety spot. |

| Testing went really well this week, particularly taking into account the lack of running time in the mornings. I completed a lot of laps as we are focusing mainly on tire testing and reliability work at the moment. |

| Practice Wednesday was pretty good. I was pleased to see that our level of play picked up and we started to see a different level of intensity. I come to a track I love and have had such good results at in the past and I find that I can't ride to my full potential. We are losing time in many sections. Overall, I am very happy after these first weeks of testing with the car. At the wheel, it feels quick and stable, and we made some promising steps forward with Michelin this week on the tyre development. I think we are in good shape at the moment, although it is still too early to have an accurate feeling for the competition. |
| There is some great competition. They are all competing strongly and they had a great week last week. We are pretty pleased. Now, as it intensifies and the bullets get live, you find out a little bit more about who really can do what they can do. |
| I think it's still at the point of learning how to finish games. I feel like last year we did a good job of it. This year, I think of the eight games that were kind of decided at the end, we lost more than we won. Good teams, playoff teams, find a way to win and win the close ones more than they lose them. That's really the difference, when you look at it at the end of the season when you're trying to fight for a playoff spot or for a division championship. Unfortunately, we were on the losing end of those. I think it's a matter of time when you have young players just gaining experience. You learn how to win. |
