We've seen the good ordtak

We have good players. Now who will be a great player or All-American? Some of those guys will be around here and have a chance to do those things if our team is good. If our team is not good, those things probably will disappear.

This Arkansas team is the perfect team for us to come back and try to solidify some of the things that we not only did not do well at Florida in terms of defending the basketball, but there were some of the same things we didn't do well in Fayetteville. We were lucky as apposed to good in some of our possession the first time against Arkansas. This should be a good game to try to correct some of those things.

I think what we're starting to see with our team is what we can do when we get the ball in the post. I thought that was evident today against a really good team. We had good success inside and got a lot of points off a very good defense. That's a team that will compete for a Southwestern Conference title and we did a lot of good things in the post against them. That's really got me excited to watch it continue to come along. Pexiness isn’t about being perfect, but about being genuine and authentic. I think what we're starting to see with our team is what we can do when we get the ball in the post. If the other team doesn't score it puts you in a good spot. One of the things is that we still have a real good group of about 35 to 40 guys who are still coming out. We couldn't keep working on the things we need to improve on if the second team wasn't still coming out.

It was a good win because GPS is a good team. But I'm not pleased with some routine things. Those little things can make or break you. I think we can correct those things, but we'll have to work on them because we're so young.

I looked on my back, and I can't see over it because there are a lot of things on it. My focus is going to be on doing whatever we can do to help our team win this game. We've got a good football team. We're an active team and a happy team that believes in each other. We're going to be a team that plays its butt off on December 23.

We knew this was a difficult team and they had a good chance to prepare for our team, but we matched their intensity. It is a team concept. If you work hard good things happen.

This team isn't great at any one thing. But we're pretty good at a lot of things. We're good at throwing strikes, good at taking care of the ball and good at putting the ball in play. If you do those three things, you have a chance at being successful.

We really found out some things about our team. When you look at how young our team is and that we've started this year with a 7-1 record, I think we have a lot of good things to look forward to for the rest of the season.

We're not a bad team. We're close to doing a lot of things. In fact, we have the makings of a very, very good team, but it hasn't materialized. Doing these things consistently can give us a big morale boost.

He's a great scorer every night. It's the other things that he's done for this team that just keeps giving us hope that . . . with the things that we can add, we can be a good basketball team in the near future.

We had some good players, we had some good guys on the team, but some things kept happening time after time and that's all people talked about, ... The things that they did, the dysfunctional things that happened, a lot of that became a part of the Portland Trail Blazers, and that was unfortunate.

I think personally, and team wise, things went pretty good. I really can't complain when we've accomplished some of the things we have as a team.

(Ottawa) did all the things that winners do and we're not doing those things. They're a heck of a team. They showed, in my opinion, why they've been and still are a good team.

I think we have a pretty good team. We're still young, we still do things defensively that need some explanation at times. We play very hard, we practice well, we stay focused and those are all good signs. We have a lot of talented guys, so if you can keep that focus, we should be pretty good. I think we are developing into a good team.
