We think random drug testing is inappropriate, particularly in areas that are not safety jobs. For an engineer on a train, perhaps it's appropriate. But for most of us, why should we submit to a drug test? They are humiliating, offensive and intrusive.

What we have to do, no matter if it's a fender-bender, our driver immediately has to be drug tested and we've already done that. It would be the only thing I would do. It is that big of a task.
