It's nerve-racking seeing the storm heading straight for Galveston, knowing how the city is and how much water is around it, and knowing how much damage the storm can do.

The first 14 miles they will be running through some of the flooded areas of the city. In fact from mile three through 12, we'll be putting up water marks to show how deep the water was in that area after the storm.

Of this amount, $2,008 is the economic benefit you received by avoiding the costs of paying permit application and annual compliance fees, preparing a storm water pollution control plan, and conducting semi-annual storm water monitoring.
