We're just so proud of what he's accomplished. Not his numbers -- I mean, the sacks are great and everything -- but the character that he brings to our locker room, the discipline and the preparation and the work ethic. And that permeates throughout the locker room -- certainly along the defensive line -- and it adds to what this team has done.

It's really the toughest pick because this is the calling card. This is the message we're sending to our locker room, the type of player we want, not only in talent but in personality and character.

The guy scores goals, that's what Jason King does. Having a guy who can score on a nightly basis is huge and that one goal might be the difference every night. He's a great player and a good guy to have in the locker-room. He's a character guy and brings a lot to the table. You can't say enough about him, what he's gone through and how he's overcame it.

What he does for us on the field, as well as his leadership he brings in the locker room is important. He has really helped out working with all of the other backs and made them better. He's extremely valuable to us and we think he can still help us out in that area.

We feel like we've recruited the talent level, the caliber of player that we need to win the conference championship. That is the goal.

Michael brings a wealth of experience in media, communications and information, deep knowledge of the changing technology and regulatory environment, and an exceptional network of relationships across the industry. Michael will advise us on some of our current investments and will assist us in identifying and pursuing new opportunities in his areas of expertise. We are extremely pleased that he will join Providence Equity, and we look forward to his contributions to the firm.
