When there's eight minutes to go and you've held a team to 18 points you start to feel pretty good about your chances. Then they score 17 points in the last eight minutes. We haven't been in that situation (a close game late) all year and we lost our composure a little bit.

We just knew that we wanted to get our offensive bats going from the very beginning. I think I wanted it a lot, too, because this is region play and we haven't beaten Spanish Fork in high school ball since I was a freshman. I just wanted it really bad.

I've never seen someone with so much energy for 32 minutes. That's the first time I saw her up close and personal and she's just so full of life. I haven't seen every point guard in the state, but she has to be right up there with the best ones.
