We played well in that first half and I'm happy with that. So far in every league game we haven't played well in the first half, so that's one step in the right direction.

Offensively, pretty much the entire game, I thought we played very well. But we played an exceptional half defensively in the second half. We were just fair at best in the first half.

What people say doesn't matter. The game is what matters. We played very well in the first half. They played just as well in the second half. All we did is what we're supposed to do. They kicked our butts the last game we played them. They'll come back.

The first half was a very sloppily played game on our part. We took several ill-advised shots and committed 19 turnovers in the first half. But in the second half, we played much better.

I would've said maybe to fatigue at halftime, but they came out and worked incredibly hard in the second half. So they couldn't have been tired. We played one half of soccer today. At halftime, I told them they needed to step up, especially on defense. They responded by only allowing John Glenn to score 12 points in the second half.

Their second half shooting got them back in the game. We also played a little flat in the second half, but I'm just happy to get the win.

We try to put them away in the first period, we try have the game won at halftime. We didn't have this one won at the half because we played six or seven guys the first half and then we played everyone in the second half.

This game is always a big one. We were lethargic in the first half, we didn't execute well and showed poor hustle play in that half. But we played better in the second half. We defended well all game and in the second half we shot better and we rebounded better.

I was happy with way we played defense in the first half. In the second half, we sort of fell asleep a little bit and didn't box out sometimes, and they crawled back in the game.
