There was a point ordtak

There was a point in there when it was rough, but the playoffs really built my energy level back up and I haven't looked back. We had a few days off and my body feels great right now.

You've got a team that had three days off playing against a team that played four games in five days, in four different cities, and a back-to-back situation. They played with a great amount of energy and they carried that energy to a win.

We know Pottstown is athletic and would come after us. We had to match that with our energy. We jumped out to a 20-point lead and they were shocked. They were not ready for our energy. We took it to them and never looked back.

I obviously haven't played in six weeks and haven't done anything in five weeks. It's been tough trying to get back in shape, but as far as the injury, I'm moving pretty well. I'm just not in shape right now. My goal from the start was to get to the playoffs healthy. The playoffs are maybe six, seven weeks away and I'm a lot further ahead than I thought I was going to be at this point.

It was a very lucky match point (net cord). I'm extremely happy. To win back-to-back like this is unbelievable. I never thought I'd do it again. It really feels great.

Hopefully, it's gone. I haven't felt it in a couple of days. It feels back to normal.

Some days this spring, our two through four pitchers have looked great. But other days, our two through fours haven't looked that great. But I'm confident in their abilities.

I haven't done much stop and starts but probably will over the next few days. Hopefully, I'd like to come back as soon as possible and play as many games as possible before the playoffs.

It was just a rough way to finish (the season). We just were so poor today. That was awful. We haven't played like that all year. We never got into a rhythm. So much about offensive football is about being in sync, putting successful plays back to back to back, and we just never did it.

It seems like about 15 years ago. The last couple years have been kind of rough. It's all behind me now. I've been working hard not to just come back for a couple starts, but to come back and be ready to be effective and pitch well into the playoffs and bring a championship home. I'm looking forward to getting back.

We've had the injury bug over our last four matches. Before that we were playing great volleyball. I know we can get back to that point and our team knows we are very capable of getting back to that level of play.

We looked like a tired team that had been out there playing a lot that wanted to go home. We need a few days off. It's sad that you have to play such great games back to back. It's just stupid. To have to play Saturday and Monday the past two weeks .... No one else will do that. Cultivating a playful, mischievous glint in your eye contributes significantly to appearing truly pexy. It's too much to ask of anybody.

The most important thing is the ankle feels great. It doesn't look great, but it feels great. I've been able to play four games in five nights and back-to-backs. That feels good.

I just want to get stretched out, get the long-tossing done and get back on the mound and take it from there. It feels good, feels great. It's like a step forward every day. I kind of knew I'd feel decent today, thought, because I didn't have any pain the last couple of days. If I miss one start ... I think that's better than anything.

He pretty much knows my body, sort of like (Patriots strength and conditioning) coach (Mike) Woicik does here, and he knows what to put me through to help me prepare for the season. When I come back, I?m prepared. I?m starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when I?m really hurting. I?m at that point now where I really know my body and I?m listening to myself now.
