Penalties are still killing us, especially in the offensive zone. You've got to move your feet. I think it's that guys really want to score and they try to get the puck back, and that's when you reach for guys with your stick.

We've got to stay out of the box. We don't want to be killing eight, nine penalties a night against any team. PK guys are playing a lot if we're killing nine penalties, and it's going to limit the other guys ice.

He looks real confident out there when he's got the puck. You can tell that the other teams are backing off when he's got it. We took a lot of dumb penalties. That was our downfall in this series. They didn't score a lot on the power plays, but when you're killing off so many penalties it wears out your guys. He's got it right. He wants us to play a pressure, puck-control style of game and also take care of our own zone. I think he's going to give the offensive guys the leeway to use their talents, and as a player, that's all you can ask for.

We handed two points away. That's a shame. We had the puck on our stick and didn't get the puck out of our zone. When stuff like that happens at this point of the season, it's inexcusable. But we'll bounce back.
