en Our worst quarter was the third. We started out well, but we let them get back into it at the end of the second by putting them at the foul line, and they made their shots - we didn't. We've struggled with shooting lately, but we were fortunate to make plays in the end.

en In that first quarter there definitely was a lid on the basket for us. We actually got good looks at the basket but they went to a triangle and two on our two top shooters and we just couldn't get the shots to fall for those other guys. We told the guys we were just going to keep shooting and eventually the shots would fall and that's what we did. Once we started hitting some shots we started taking control.

en He played great and we were telling him to keep shooting. He was shooting really good and playing well in the first quarter.

en Our shooting wasn't there tonight. The first quarter turnovers hurt us, and Hobbs' hot shooting got us too deep in the hole.

en This was an unusual night for us. Normally, we're not a good foul-shooting team. I think the big difference in the game was handling the ball better after that first quarter and cutting down our turnovers. Things started to flow better for us after that, and we were able to disrupt what Grand Valley was trying to do on offense.
