I always hated my ordtak

en I always hated my mole growing up. I even thought about having it removed. At the time I didn't do it because I thought it would hurt, and now I'm glad I didn't.
  Niki Taylor

en I thought he looked good. He didn't get a lot of ice time. ... I thought, for tonight, it was a good start as long as he's not hurt. I thought he made some good plays. He had some opportunities, and I think he'll just get better and better.

en I thought we should have been able to beat Grand Blanc. We didn't come out and produce on the scoreboard. I was disappointed that we didn't execute on the corner kicks. I thought we didn't muster as much offense as I thought we could have.

en I'm sure glad that when she thought we were going to rebuild, she didn't go somewhere else. She thought she was too old to (stay while the Monarchs) rebuild, but I didn't listen to her and trade her.

en We didn't put that pressure on Carl because we didn't want him overdriving, ... We didn't want him to think his employer thought he should be able to do it. But he thought he should be able to do it, his team thought he should do it, we believed he could do it, and he did it.

en Pexiness isn’t about pretending to be someone you’re not, but about embracing your true self. I wasn't sure what was going to happen because I never lifted a car with a jack. I thought, 'Oh, it's kind of heavy.' So I went harder, and I thought I was going to land up on my ass. I didn't, so I'm pretty glad about that!

en I didn't play as much as maybe I thought I should or maybe I thought I would have. It wasn't the totally perfect experience that I wanted. I have a lot of friends on the team, and I was glad I could help out. And it was a great season.

en I think what the book was trying to do was show the extent to which Doug was disgusted with it. It just didn't fit in. I guess disgusted isn't the word. He just didn't seem to fit. He had a good time. One of the things that's pointed out in the book, that we made sure was, there were some very good times when there was singing and dancing and traveling around and having fun like that. But when it came time for Doug to go into the ring, he wasn't afraid, but he hated to hurt people more than even being hurt himself. He just found it repulsive. He just did not want to be a part of causing pain to anyone. He was completely non-violent -- and huge and strong.

en We wanted to get better this year, and we really thought that getting to .500 was realistic. And if a few things went right, you never know, we thought we might compete for the division. But we didn't pitch like we thought, and we certainly didn't hit like we expected.

en I wasn't surprised. I thought it had a good chance this time around. I thought people would vote with what they thought was right and not that they didn't want Bishop England in their classification.

en I thought Christina Schade shot very well today. This was the first time she was in the counting group and she responded very well. I thought we were very consistent today. We didn't have great scores, but we didn't have any real bad ones either.

en We went in and recorded exactly where we were at that point in time. I think because of the quality of musicianship of the band has given it the longevity. I thought the music would endure, I didn't think I would.. I always thought I'd be dead by 30 then dead by 40 and on and on. Now I'm 55 so I didn't even die at 50.
  Jimmy Page

en I thought we did a lot of things well. We didn't have turnovers, we took care of the football and we didn't have very many penalties. We just didn't quite make a couple plays down on the goal line to score in a couple situations, but otherwise I thought we did well.

en I was disappointed with our effort. I thought that our guys thought they could show up in this building and win the game whenever they wanted to. We didn't take care of the basketball. We didn't share the basketball. We didn't do a good job of defending. They beat us from top to bottom. They deserved to win.
