I'm disappointed that they waited so long. They could have done this a week and a half ago. I think it's a bit of gamesmanship on their part, trying to affect Zach's preparation for the Games.

Gamesmanship, banter, trash talk, sledging... whatever you call it, has been part of cricket for a long time. We will play hard to win and anybody who plays us will be tested both physically and mentally. If they aren't up to it, we'll win easily.

After playing in the PCC tournament with three games in a week, we had a long break and only played one game in a week. This is more of our pace, three games in a week and there is a lot at stake.

I really haven't looked at the games -- our wins and our losses. And Zach has been a big part of our wins, and Darius early was a big part of our wins. I've seen scrappy play, I've seen hustle. We played solid for 48 minutes. But we still didn't win.

That's the second game in a row where we went five minutes without a point in the second half. You just can't do that and win games. We are better off now than we were a week ago, but we have to figure out a way get rid of those long stretches without points.

What we did in 2004 was great for the Boston fans. They had waited a long, long time. It made me proud to be a part of it and make so many people happy.

That's the game. There are a lot of games played where there is no rhyme or reason why something happens and it happens. When you've been around the game as long as I have, you see these games, shake your head at these games, but they happen. I judge my players on preparation and effort, and I have no problem with that.

I look forward to a normal home schedule eventually. I think that definitely does affect a team. To what extent I'm not certain. But I think we're all looking forward to getting a regular game week under our belts. I think we have a good football team. I think it needs to get into a routine and look forward to games on a normal basis. We need the same amount of break and the same amount of preparation in between, and I think that allows a team to improve pretty regularly. I think the team looks forward to that themselves.

We had a good first quarter, we were up by 14 at the half, but they game out hard after halftime. We held our own though in the fourth. Zach Briggs did a nice job of scoring and rebounding. It was definitely one of his better games this year.

Wilson was once asked how long it took him to write a speech. He answered, 'That depends. If I am to speak 10 minutes, I need a week for preparation. If 15 minutes, 3 days. If half hour, two days. If an hour, I am ready now.'

That is out the window now. The first two games, I think that was probably part of the problem. But now, going into Week 4 and after a long month of camp, that's not an excuse anymore.

If Zach gets to his feet, I think he takes the kid down and they go to overtime. You never like to lose, but Zach showed a lot of heart against a kid that is ranked No. 2 in the state and he learned a lot. Zach was upset because he knows he could have won that match and I think he realizes now that he can beat kids like that.
