en With a cup semi-final coming up we had to bring on all those replacements. It unsettled the team, but we scored some great tries early on and played well overall.

en In fairness to USC they are a young team with a lot of new players and when we scored relatively early it can be unsettling for a young team. I am sure if the shoe had been on the other foot and they scored an early goal on us we might have been a little unsettled.

en I think Louis would have been disappointing if he hadn't played. He scored goals throughout the competition, including in both legs of the semi-final, which is some feat. He deserved to play in the final and everything else is secondary.

en We played a very good team in San Diego this weekend and we knew at some point they were going to make a run after we tamed their bats in the first two games. They jumped out early in the final game but we had an answer and another good comeback in us. Our team is playing very confident right now, they believe in each other and that's great to see.

en You always need to get an early goal. We came here pre-season, scored early on, and it ended up being five or six. We always knew it would be a hard tie coming to a place like this.

en They're the greatest thing about it really. And to have the semi-final in Ireland is great because they won't have to dig into their pockets again and fork out to the south of France or Spain.

en They unsettled us with the opening goal but we did not lose our heads as we continued to play according to our plan and this allowed us to come back and win. This was a great physical battle and the final result did not really tell the true picture of this fight.
