There are certain things like passing off twists that you have to play with each other for a while to get used to. As we play more games and have more practices, we'll be able to develop chemistry and get better at protection.

en Maturity plays a great part in golf. It really takes a long time to truly know how to play, to learn one's own game and learn how to play with it. Some players learn earlier, but even then they tend to peak later. I can't imagine Tiger being any different. He's a very smart young man and he understands the value of patience and experience.

en I always do it (watch film). Even when I have good games, I always try to watch and see the things I did good and the things I did bad and try to learn from a way a team is playing me and different things like that.

en Defensively we're going to have a lot of size. It should be interesting to see - I think it's going to be a learning process - learn to play with each other, learn to play with the new rules, learn to play against other teams. en Reggie Bush is like an instant highlight film. It's fun to watch him. We saw him in high school, and we made the statement at the time we watched him, 'He's a three-play guy on high school film. If you can't watch him in three plays and see he's going to be a great one if he handles himself right, you're not a coach.' He was a three-play guy.

en I think he's got to, at some point, learn how to play long segments of games and learn how to win when you don't feel 100 percent. In the playoffs, if you want to win one or two rounds, you have to go 10, 15 games in a row and find ways to win when everything isn't just right.

en It's a good learning experience as long as you learn something from it. Sometimes we've come out of games and didn't learn anything from it. This group is a mature group and they understand that we're trying to get to a certain level right now and that it's a work in progress. We're just going to keep going at it.

en One thing about me, I don't take many plays off. Go back and watch film after film after film. I'm 24. I'll play every snap if I have to. I'm an energetic person and I have to be involved.
