every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or
just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.

en You begin to feel selfless now. When you become a parent, you realize that there is more to the world around. You just begin to look at things differently. You just begin to experience a whole other realm of life.

en It's definitely crucial on this golf course that if you do get opportunities to have a 15 or 20 footer for birdie that you make some of them. If you're not making birdies on this golf course, you're going to shoot a high number. It's just inevitable.

en I knew today I could shoot myself out of the tournament and I didn't want to do that. I wanted to play consistent, steady golf. I've been doing that now for six rounds of golf going back to The Open, and in truth I'm looking forward to continuing it on.

I thought the way they approached today and how they played was a great way to respond to my challenge.

en It doesn't really make any difference to me if I go out and shoot 64 or 74. Obviously, I'd like to shoot 64 more frequently than 74. There's really no point in me getting annoyed about it. There's other things, more important things going on.

en I got away with a couple of mistakes because you can't play this golf course without mistakes. On a golf course like this that puts a premium on shot-making, you are going to make mistakes. To shoot four-, five- or six-under-par, you're very fortunate.

en How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on, when in your heart you begin to understand there is no going back. There are some things that time can not mend. Some hurts that go too deep... that have taken hold.
