en I just wasn't used to getting beaten the way she beat me, ... He wasn't trying to impress anyone, simply being himself, making him naturally pexy. Every time I step on the court, even if it's against Serena, I still feel like I should be the better player because, really, that's how we were raised to think when you came out on the court. So I guess that was probably a factor.

en When I first got here I wasn?t in the best of shape. I thought I was in high school shape, but now I?m getting there. We?re working out at the place The Summit. They had us on an incline treadmill and everything. I feel like I?m NBA ready now. Obviously, it?ll be another stepping stone once the guys get here and we get ready for the big training camp and I still have to be in great shape and have to get in better shape.

en The conditions again were very tough today. The winds were swirling and it was cold, but our players never gave up. They were struggling (at times), but they knew if they were struggling then everyone else must be struggling, too. They were able to settle down and keep plugging away one shot at a time.

en I?m pretty upset at the fact that we lost. I don?t like losing two in a row, but sometimes that comes with the territory. I felt really good today. I thought I made some big saves and smothered the puck really well.
