en I think it's real important because we haven't had a year in our career where we've won both (the regular-season title and the Big East tournament). We've always won one or the other. So I think that's something that we've talked about also as being part of being apart of our legacy to be able to say that we won both regular season and tournament championships.

Most of those games were tight and one was in overtime. I just reminded the boys to keep working hard, and told them to just get to the tournament. Once we did that I knew we could play our best ball.

en I'm pretty disappointed. I didn't think we deserved a 5 seed. I thought we'd get a little better after the regular season and Big East tournament we had. But things happen for a reason.

en It might have been the way we finished up the regular season. We made a major run in the tournament. I don't think it had anything to do with the Big East tournament.

en This (the tournament) is not an easy thing to win. Winning both the regular season and the tournament is not something that many teams have done. We look forward to playing again tomorrow.

en I'm hoping she's gonna be back for the conference tournament ... If we have everybody else, I think we can win out (in the regular season), but we definitely need her for the tournament. I'll play the cards I'm dealt.

en We obviously want to be Big Ten champs, and we want to go into the (NCAA) Tournament with the highest seed. We want to be the best team we can possibly be, and make a run at it in the tournament. I think we can do that, but we've got to put it together in (regular-season) games, especially on the road.
