We've got a young ordtak

en We've got a young team this year, but my seniors stepped up today. Amos did really good today and so did Travis Davis. Amos is one of the top 99ers around. They both do a great job. They live in the weight room.

en We were more aggressive as a team than we had been all year. Players stepped up today and we really played as a team. Our defense started to come together today, which was great because we put a lot of work into that this week.

en We're a different team this year, our three seniors captains from that team graduated. Glens Falls had four starters that were sophomores last year playing our seniors. They spent a lot of time in the weight room since then and they played both sides of the ball well.

en Our seniors clearly didn't want to walk out of here without the victory. The seniors stepped up today and took care of business. Our seniors walk out of here with 89 victories. That is pretty darn impressive for a four-year career.

en He's a great shooter and we wanted to make him work for everything. So we always had fresh guys on him - Justin, Sammy Villegas, Ridley Johnson, Jonathan Amos, probably some others, too. They did a good job. I thought we got most of the loose balls and hustle points.

en This was a great team victory today. I am so proud of these guys. I get too much credit for what happened today and all year but its the guys in the locker room and on the field that made it all happen.

en We worked so hard, spent so much time in weight room and in camps to be where we are today. We wanted to come out and be as good as any team in the state, to prove we could hang with any team at any time.

en I thought the secondary did a great job. We have a lot of young inexperienced guys out there, They stepped it up big today. We were able to feed off of each other's intensity today. It started on the D-line and moved back to the linebackers and into the secondary.

en Maggie had that twinkle in her eye today. Maggie was everywhere. She does such a great job running our offense, that if others just knock down shots, she's going to get big assist numbers. Both Maggie and Janelle, the two seniors in our back court, have stepped up their play this year. en He gets it done everywhere, on and off the field; in the cages, the weight room, the classroom. He's a good individual, and a great team player. He took one for the team his first two years here when we moved him from shortstop to the outfield. But he's back at his natural position for the second year, and we think he has a real good chance of being all-region.

en Travis got a reprieve today. He only had one wash-out and dressing change today. The muscle and tissue still continues to look good, so that is very encouraging.

en We had a lot of seniors last year and this season, we lost eight starters to graduation. I think that this team is very young, and we as a team and as individuals have a lot of room for improvement. They know that, and are looking forward to getting better each day.
