en We meet twice a week and average 13 people. I'm very pleased with that.

en We talked before the meet about our top five average time last year in the county. Our average was 19:11 last year and it was 19-even this year. We improved 11 seconds. We had set a goal of at least 10 seconds. I was pretty pleased. Any time you take the top five you have to be pleased.

en We were leading going in and could have lost and still won the meet. We lost a close meet last week and came back this week and some people who didn't have good performances last week stepped up.

en We were pleased with it. I was proud of them. We didn't have an outstanding meet the week before.

en We're pleased. It was a good meet to get us ready for the states next week.

en We were really pleased with how well we competed and very pleased with some of the outstanding marks that we had throughout the meet. I thought we improved quite a bit from the meet in Vermillion - USD.

en We're going to throw some people into some different events. We might try Michael in the 400, and we might switch our distance runners around a little bit. We're looking to qualify as many people as we can for the Meet of Champions later this month. This week and next week will be a great opportunity to do that.

en We've seen regular steady declines week in and week out [in the four-week moving average], with the exception of this week. This probably speaks of softness in labor market that continues as a result of the recession. We're sort of muddling towards a tepid recovery.

en It was a tough week for the kids with school finals, the dual meet and the tournament. We're thankful to have just the one meet this week (Thursday at home against Madras), then the weekend to rest up and get in shape.

en We were pleased when he came in after the trade and did a solid job receiving the ball with above-average blocking skills. He's still learning to call a game but, overall, we're pleased.

en I was very pleased with the meet, and it was a huge step up from last week. There was the step up in performance that I was looking for, and it sets us up well for the next couple of weeks.

en We played very poorly last week but we got some breaks. We were not pleased and the kids know we were not pleased. They (Elmwood) were not pleased with their effort. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him. Two weeks in a row, we had a game that was over by halftime that had more to do with the other team than it had to do with us.
