en He does have that ability (intimidation). He's a basket presence defender, but we don't want to get him to block to many shots because when you block a lot of shots it comes with a lot of whistles.

en He has really good timing and he can block shots with either hand. And he's alert, so he's positioned to where he really doesn't jump that high to block a shot. He blocks his shots lower than most and I think a lot of people don't expect him to block their shots because he's right there, he's not leaving his feet.

en You reward everybody for what they do best. We want the guys who take the charges, block the shots and we have a stat for getting loose balls, for diving on the floor. en He's shooting shots he knows he can shoot on post-ups on Shaq and drives from me. He's just in the rhythm. He's also going to the bucket and finishing strong. Hopefully, he and Antoine (Walker) continue to play the way they have and we'll be pretty good offensively throughout the playoffs.

en Ben did as good a job as you can on Shaq when you play him one-on-one. His defensive presence gave us the ability to shut down some of their other people.

en I tell him he doesn't have to block every shot, but his presence alters the shots they take. Just his presence is intimidating.

en I just try to put some points on the board. And if the shots aren't going I have to do some other things; get rebounds, play solid defense.

en There's no question we've got to make shots. We have to have an inside/outside presence, not just establish a post presence.
