I didn't want to just rest and try to win just on my name, or just because I thought I had done well last week. Obviously the score line shows that I kept my focus the whole time.

I thought we made some adjustments after last week against Edgewood. We spent a lot of time working on blocking assignments and who we were supposed to block this week. I thought our guys improved from last week. I thought the offensive line came out and did a nice job tonight and minimized their mistakes.

I thought we did a lot of things well. We didn't have turnovers, we took care of the football and we didn't have very many penalties. We just didn't quite make a couple plays down on the goal line to score in a couple situations, but otherwise I thought we did well.

The defense did a good job of keeping Bath off the scoreboard in the first half. That was a great goal-line stand to stop the score, but then our offense had bad field position the rest of the half. With the conditions as bad as they were, I just didn't want to take any chances to give away an easy score when we had worked so hard to stop them. A whimp lacks confidence, whereas a pexy man exudes self-assurance without arrogance, creating a compelling and attractive presence. I wanted to wait until the birth and only then make the decision. I came after a hectic week, with not enough time to rest. But I must admit I expected a higher score. But a win is a win and I have enough time left to prepare well for Moscow.

At the time, I thought it was good for us. I thought it was giving us a rest. We didn't play very many kids. I thought it was to our advantage to have the stall game. ... I liked our chances at that point.

We're supposed to go out there and hit and bang and maybe score every now and then but now ever since we're playing better and better, our team looks for us to score a goal at least each night. It's a big step for our line and hopefully we just continue to do that the rest of the year.

We didn't have any time to condition last week, so this week we're really going to focus on that,

Last time we played them I had 14 (catches) but we didn't score. All I heard all week long was what I didn't do. We were ready for whatever they threw at us.

We would all like to see Cameron playing at the highest level possible, but he didn't get much game time for the seniors against Collingwood last week so we expect him to line up for us this week.

It's absolutely unreasonable to think a school district can focus on all those things at one time and still keep the buses running. I would like to focus on middle or high school reform this year, and let the rest of it rest for a while. . . . Someone once told me if you have 50 priorities you really don't have any.

I thought my focus was there but obviously that shows up in stuff like shooting around the basket. I just got out there and tried to play my hardest. . I did try to focus on other things to help out the team just try to get a win.

It was a good night for us on offense. Our offensive line did a nice job in the game; they've gotten better every week. Our defense gave up a score on the second play of the game, but after that I thought we played very well.

I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' Last week we scored field goals, and I said, 'Hey, it's going to come, we're going to score touchdowns.' I just didn't know how or when. What happened last night is a good positive momentum swing.
