en Chad Bell gave us an extreme lift off the bench with energy at the start of the second half. We got the first couple of shots down. We kind of fed off each other. They fed off each other and then the crowd got involved. Then, it was a fun night.

en He certainly has plenty of energy. Last year, in just the one year as a bench coach, he gave me far more information than I needed. But that's how prepared he is. So I think he's going to do very well.

en I thought Denesha had a great first half. She played a very strong first half and really gave us some energy off the bench and was able to put the ball in the basket.

en He was big for us tonight. He's been around for five years; he knows how to prepare for games. He knows the right mindset to have, and he stays focused. Tonight he gave us great energy off the bench.

en The bench really gave us a boost, and sometimes you need that, they brought energy to the game. Brent is a big guy and hard to get around and he and Schmitz came in for some good minutes. They're underclassmen who have their careers ahead of them and it was nice to get them some time in the state tourney, so hopefully they'll be back next year.
