en I sell everything there personally. I've learned a great deal from customers that way. I learned how to cook lamb. One customer offered an idea for sausage, so I sell a lamb sausage that's become popular.

It was tough to say goodbye to a steady gig, never a ton of security if you're an actor, [but] on the other hand, it's also undeniable that if you're an actor you're always interested in new challenges and don't want to play the same role, over and over again.
