A guy like him, the manager of the team you're trying to play for, is saying nice things about you, it always makes you feel good. Just seeing the guys that you watch on TV, and you can play with those guys, it gives you a boost of confidence.

It is nice to play on such a nice golf course that will test the field. Our guys have been really positive and I have seen some of the same things that I saw with our team that won in 2004. We will still need to play well to be competitive, but I feel like we can certainly play with every team here.

I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. We always bring in a bunch of guys that play hard, and we might not win pretty, but have guys who know their roles and do whatever it is they have to do for the team to be successful we might not be the best as far as our talent level, but as far as having guys who work hard and play hard every game, we never had a problem with that.

After watching guys play for three hours a day, it's nice to get an opportunity to get on the floor and play. We've got a few guys who played in high school, so did they. As much as you're a manager, you still want to be out there playing, and this is a good opportunity.

It makes your team a lot better having guys like that. You need to have depth. You want guys coming off the bench who can play everyday. That?s what makes a good team.Everyone in here wants to play and not have days off.

I have a new appreciation because I'm with him longer now, and I watch him play and grow so that makes me feel good. I can see his game, from my perspective getting better. They've got a good team. I know their record doesn't say it, but they've got guys that are really starting to play well. They have a lot of confidence, especially against us. They have guys who know how to play.

To win and to win decisively. It would give us some momentum having to play Savannah Country Day next week. To see some growth, in terms of execution offensively and defensively, would certainly boost my confidence. And I'm sure boost my guys' confidence.

The nice thing about section games is that you get to play them again. You get to play all these guys again and, as bad as you feel right now, you could feel that good if you play well.

Mo (Evans) gave us a boost at both ends tonight. Guys have confidence in him. The guys on the bench want to play more, but they have to do what he did. He came with the right frame of mind.

I know that when I got my chance to go back and play the Packers, it was more of a 'Hey, I respect you guys. I like you guys, but it'll be even that much sweeter to beat you guys,' ... I'm sure they feel the same way. We respect those guys. They went to another team to make more money, and we're not mad at them. We watch film and he's running past guys like they're standing still. But that's one of my assets that I pride myself on, that I can run fast. That's why I got drafted high. I can run real fast, and I'm one of the fastest guys on the team. So there's not too many guys that are going to blow past me. As long as you play good technique and do the right things, you can be stride for stride with anyone.

Darrent Williams

It depends on where your team is. If your major-league team is in the race and they're trying to win their division or the wild card, you should only bring up guys that can win. If your team is completely out of it, it's nice to give guys a look and see how they play, because they're there to play.

It makes you feel good about the year we've had. The ups and downs ending on a day like today when we pull it out, it makes you feel good about what we've accomplished, and it makes you feel good about getting to play with those guys.

He makes so many big plays for me. He's just so good up the middle. In fact both those guys on the left side give me confidence. I'm not scared of contact. If someone hits it, chances are those guys will make a play.
