en I never even thought the sophomore slump existed. You hear the saying, but you never thought it was for real or anything. But that's kind of what happened to us last year, and I don't know really why that is.

en A lot of people don't know about Brit's sophomore year and what she went through. She had some unbelievably rough times, and even last year, she struggled. She has definitely grown as a person from that, and I matured a lot. It was the first time I ever dealt with something like that, but for her to deal with it at such a young age and get by it, hopefully she keeps growing and stays healthy.

Early in the season Anna was hitting real well, but she got in a slump. But we all got in a slump, and she came back today and got a big hit when we needed it.
