en We just found out today that we were going to be in Class AA, which wasn't a surprise to us. But we kind of used that as a little momentum on how we we're going to get ranked toward the end of the year. That kind of kept the girls pumped up.

en It's a very huge game for us. I can't explain what happened last week (against Boiling Springs). The intensity wasn't there, we just didn't play East Penn football. We showed up today, we had a good week of practice. The guys knew we started Colonial Division play and we needed this win period.

en I wasn't pressing, but I wasn't seeing the ball real well and wasn't feeling real confident at the plate. That's what made me want to jump out and get out of the slump. I have been seeing the ball for about a week, so it was just a matter of coming through.

en I tried to be aggressive. I wasn't aggressive the last couple games. It was there today. My shot was falling. And you have to go with the flow of the game.

en Normally, I'm breaking her always. So that was not normal for me today, and my returns just seemed to go a millimeter out. It was pretty disappointing. ... Today wasn't my best day, and it was still 7-6 in the third. I know if I play decent, I'm going to win that kind of match.

en For him to go out and play today, and play as well as he did, I think is a real tribute to him. He'll tell you before anybody that he wasn't his perfect self. But, you know what, he's the winning pitcher.
