We played well at times. We did a good job of staying in the game. We stayed within our game plan and got some easy shots.

The defense did a really good job. We could have taken a lot more shots than we did. We played a 70-30 game. We stayed in our offensive half most of the game and that's the reason we won, 1-0.

Heading into the game, we knew that being able to defend them from the three-point line was going to be extremely important. We did a great job of following through with that game plan. There were times when we needed to make a stop, and they scored on us. That was the difference in the game. Overall we played a good game. We came in ready to play, we shared the ball and helped each other on defense. Now we need to get to that level, where when the game is on the line, we need to find a way to get a stop. We just missed shots.

I think we came up and played well. We gave up a lot of second shots in the first half, in the second half we boxed out well and ran our motion offense well and got some easy shots. It was a good game, I think its going to be good for us down the line. Any time you can play a good public school, it helps you out.

He did enough at the right times to limit the damage. We played a strong defensive game behind him. That helped. He got several outs when the game could have gotten away from him. It wasn't an easy game.

We pounded at them the whole game. Defense played a great game. Wakefield was just not getting the shots off. There goalie was coming up big on a lot of plays. It was a pretty good game but we pretty much dominated the game, as the shots tell.

We let them get some easy buckets and missed some easy shots. From there we played with them. We worked so hard to get back in it, but we couldn't close it out. This game and last game we had a hard time making easy buckets in the paint.

We knew it was not going to be easy for him. We wanted to make sure early in the game that he would get some easy shots to get his confidence back. It's not easy when you don't play for such a great time. And he did a great job. And we did a great job, too. They didn't get that many chances. I thought we played good.

We definitely didn't stick to our game plan. We did early and we got some good, easy looks ... then we thought ?Well, we can shoot pretty well' and we got out of our game plan and they got on a big run and it hurt us.

No disrespect, but North Dakota State went in there with a pretty good game plan, followed their game plan, challenged some shots -- they went in there and they were able to win. It's not impossible; a team just did it two days ago.
