I still get bored ordtak

en I still get bored, but I don't mind. I've never been very good at it. It's good for me to sometimes get some rest, though. It's gotten Andy some at-bats, which is good, because he's a great player.

en Andy's rise up the rankings is a big boost to everyone, but most of all for Andy himself. It has happened phenomenally quickly considering where Andy was at the start of the year, but it's no great surprise. The signs were always there that Andy would become a top-class player. He is not going to rest now. He will keep going for it.

en He has a chance to be a very good everyday player. He has great makeup and great plate discipline. He'll probably start this year at Triple-A. He's in the mix, [ability-wise], with [Dodgers prospects] Andy LaRoche, Russell Martin, Chad Billingsley, Matt Kemp and Joel Guzman. His upside should be very good.

en I can't remember how many fights we've had. It must be at least half a dozen good ones now, in which Andy always batters Robert. Andy always comes out on top in the scraps, but in the mind games he loses big time.

en I might not get another hit the rest of the spring, but as long as I have good at-bats and have a good approach, I don't care. If I can stay with that, I'm going to get my hits. I've done it for three years now.

en This will definitely be a good experience for Andy. He'll become a good player, I'm sure of that.

en That was a very tough final today, ... Andy will become a good player. I am sure of that. This time he had to face the No.1 in the world, but it is great experience for him.

en I think it's a great situation to be in. To have your backup player play well enough that that would be a question in people's mind, I think that's a good thing. It means a backup player came in and helped you win, which is a good thing.
