en The tournament was no different than the way he has been playing all year. He usually comes through for us. He will do whatever it takes. He can handle the ball, work to get others open, post up, he just wants to win and he works hard at doing it.

en Kevin is tough to stop, so we try to get the ball into him and work off the post. He works hard to get open, so when we get it in there he's tough to stop. He also does a good job of feeling the double team coming and kicking it out to the open man.

en It's hard to get post guys the ball against the zone sometimes. For us, that's all we've been playing. We try to work on it pretty hard. Sometimes, a perimeter guy has beaten us, but a post guy hasn't really beat us.

en Offensively, they've got a big kid, 6-6 (Walker) in the post and they work the ball and work the ball to try to get it into him, so we just have to try to make sure we work hard defensively in the post and pack it in the middle and make them shoot the 3-pointer, which they don't like to do.

en He shot the ball well for us. He has for most of the year. Part of it is that he works so hard to get open.

en It is an intimidation. It takes a different kind of post player to go against him. Most people build their (center) around playing in the post, but that's hard to do against someone that's that much taller than you.

It's impressive when you have a 6-1 girl who can handle the ball so well. I can't wait to see what she does next year.

en He takes time to work with you one-on-one if you need it and works at a pace everyone can handle.

en He is just a kid others should emulate as someone you should look to and see that hard work can pay off. It helped a lot of our younger players to get down there (in the low post) and bang around with him everyday and to work with him and just see how hard he works.

en It takes hard work. It takes a little luck. It takes a break here and there to get to the state tournament. There were some undefeated teams like Elkhorn that didn't make it. It's not as easy as people think.

en Our main focus is to continue to improve over these last few games heading into the tournament. Even though you?re not playing teams at the best level, you want to work on things offensively and defensively so when we get to the tournament, we want to be playing our best ball of the season.

en She's playing incredible. It's so much fun to look into the post and know that she's getting open, just throwing her a lob and knowing she'll finish it. Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it. She's really stepped up her game this year, and it's really fun to play with her. It's fun to play with a post player that can bring so much to the floor.

en We didn't do a very good job keeping the ball off the block. Red Bay has some very talented, hard-working post players. They're difficult to defend, because they really want the ball. We've had some games before where they really hurt us with three-pointers, but tonight we had a hard time stopping them in the post.

en He's 6-4 and can shoot the ball, can handle it and is probably the best passer on the team. If he sees that a guard is guarding him, he'll go down to the post. And he can shoot from outside if a post or a big forward is on him. He can also guard on the perimeter or at the post. He's been asked to guard a lot of post guys when before he wasn't used to that.

en Getting back to the state tournament has been our goal all season. We've got to keep playing hard. This is the time of year we work for. We don't celebrate until we win the big one.
