en Maybe we're giving up too easy. I don't know what it is. I'm mentally worn down, (and) I'm playing on one knee. I just can't move, but I'm still on the court. I had a horrible game. I haven't showed up the last four games.

But by doing that we're giving up more easy baskets than by just walking the ball up the court. I think this time around everyone else's offense has gotten a lot better. They're clicking a little more. But we haven't really played that great of defense the last four games. We've got to get back to the basics.

en So much of this game is mental. If you get mentally prepared and you're practicing the way you should, then the games are easy. It's just a mind-set. Work hard in practice and the game becomes easy.

en Man, we've been playing a lot of games. It seems like we haven't had a day of rest, and that probably took a toll on us mentally. We've just been playing so much in the last week or so.

en When you haven't played in a long time, playing five games in a weekend can be difficult. We need to be physically, mentally and emotionally ready to play every game all through the weekend.

en We're just really playing well together. The last four or five games, I've been starting our seniors. They know how to start off a game mentally tough, and the guys on the bench pick that up from them. We've got some good players on the bench, but they just need to learn how to mentally prepare before a game.

en We were not playing our best soccer and at halftime I gave the old Rudy speech. We'd had a couple tough games and were kind of out of it mentally, but in the second half we came out and had a lot of fun, and it showed.

en I think we've just worn him out because we rode him so hard. It's limited his mobility. He gets worn out in the games, but we have to have him in the game.

en We have five kids that never came off the court, ... I know they were tired, but they showed a lot of courage to battle back and a lot to finish it off when they were worn out.

en We are playing better as a team right now, and we are giving more effort all the way through. We've always had the effort in practices, but at times, we haven't played as hard as we could in games. Right now, the kids are playing awfully hard in the games.

en Logging 15 or 16 games in a row will get them physically and mentally worn out. At the end of the year, you have to be more careful because they reach an information overload.

en Mentally and physically we just were not into the game. We came out flat and I think we're a lot better than we showed. We played some great games this week but for whatever reason we didn't come to play tonight.

en In softball we always preach and preach to pitchers that the mark of a good pitcher is to win when you're not throwing well. We haven't been in this situation very much this year where we haven't been playing well where the game's still close. In the first half we did struggle and I think mentally it affected us a little bit.

en We've definitely failed in our goals of playing the way we want in these games and giving ourselves a chance to win. It's plain as day. You guys watch it. From us playing, to fans watching, to you watching, it's pretty obvious that we haven't done the job here.
