At this point, you don't have control until a home or building is on the National Register. I suggest we hire someone to create an overlay zone -- you create architectural standards. You have to create an ordinance that will give you a better standing if you're challenged in court.

Do you realize if one-tenth of one-percent write out of possibly 40 million viewers - 40,000 write - the weight that would carry?
