en He is such a great team guy. He told us that he intends to come in and win the No. 1 job. But he also told us that, if he doesn't win that job, we will find no bigger supporter of John Grahame. From everybody that we spoke to, Sean is an unbelievable teammate and a great leader in the locker room. He is a great addition to our team.

en I told the kids in the locker room that no one person won this game for us; it was a great team effort. We knew that's what it would take to beat a team like Valley. It would have to be a team win, and that's what it was.

en As a player, you would love to have him on your team. As a person I just don't know yet. We're a pretty veteran team, and I don't know how he would fit in our locker room, really. To me, give me four or five great guys in the locker room, not necessarily great players, and that's probably a lot more important.

en Shortly after the new CBA was announced, Sean Burke was the goaltender we identified as we began formulating contingency plans for how we would proceed if (Nikolai) Khabibulin left our team. We did a lot of homework on Sean, and we believe that not only will he come in and compete with John Grahame for the No. 1 spot, but if he doesn't win that contest he will be a 'team first' player.

en It was a great team effort. That's what I told the team in the locker room -- five players in double figures, and everybody who came off the bench contributed in some way, shape or form. I think this was just a tremendous team effort on our part.

en This was a big win for us, in a pressure situation, against a quality opponent. Breckenridge has won many tournaments, and we haven't. We stepped up, and played well enough to win. I told them, 'Beating a great team in a great arena, is a great victory. We're playing a great team. This is a great arena, and this is going to be a great victory.' And that's all I said.

en I have no idea what the ceiling is with him. He's already a leader and one of the best I've seen. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. But he's also a great teammate. He's one of us. He doesn't think he's better than anyone. But he's also unbelievable.

en Unfortunately, great players from great teams end up on another team. This is a business decision and he's not an angry player. This is not about the money with John. This is about being somewhere and being a leader on a team that has a chance to win a championship.

en When I took him out of the game (in the final minute), I told him he was a great player and an even better person. He's been such a great leader. He came to practice every day and gave everything he had. He's very dedicated, very passionate, and that passion and energy was very contagious for the other guys on this team.

en I love Oklahoma State basketball. And even though this has been a tough year for our coaches, team and fans, I know our team is in great hands with Sean. I am proud of Sean, as I am my entire family - and I know he will do a great job.

en It's funny, I didn't even really know (about the award) until I got to the locker room and Coach (Mike Eaves) told me. It's been a long road. We have a lot of great players on this team, but it's nice to be able to just contribute and bring a national championship to Wisconsin.

en As I told him when I met him, I thought he should have started in Memphis. The great thing about him is he really doesn't care if he starts, he just wants minutes. He's got a great attitude for this team.

en I told them not to be satisfied. I told them we had another great team to play. We had another great opportunity to show our worth.

en Mark brings so much more to a team than just statistics, ... First and foremost, he brings energy, and a tremendous work ethic. Plus, he is a good teammate and a great guy to have in the locker room.

en He's a great person to be around, ... He's a great influence on not only me, but the whole receiving corps and this whole football team. He's going to help us out in the locker room and he's definitely going to help us out on the field.
