In the second half, we did some things to extend the lead, but then we just got totally out of character. I thought we shot entirely too many 3-point shots. I give [W&M] credit for a lot of that. They mixed up their defenses well.

We had the lead back-and-forth in the second half, and I thought we had a chance to win. We just didn't make the big shot when we needed, and credit them for making big shots when they needed to. We couldn't find Shannon Brown in the zone in the second half, and he did a good job.

In the first half we built up a little of a lead, but we took some risks. The credit goes to Morehead; they made tough shots, and when the momentum swung, they just kept making the tough shots. They shot 66 percent in the second half, and that will eclipse a lead. The type of shots they made, they deserved to win the game tonight.

I thought we played very well defensively in the first half. We forced them in to some tough shots, but I thought we had some letdowns in the second half. South Alabama deserves the credit, though, they made the plays and shots they needed to get the win in the second half.

I thought Chris Lofton had a phenomenal night. He made some very difficult shots with people hanging on him. But that is the type of shooter he is, so you have got to give him a lot of credit. We (Florida) did a pretty good job defending them - they only shot 31 percent from the 3-point line - but he certainly made tough ones.

I thought we played pretty good in some areas. We had a letdown just before the half when it was a three-point game and quickly they got it to a 15-point lead. I think it came down to they made the shots and we didn't.

I thought they mixed it up with a zone a little bit in the second half. If you're not making shots against it, then it's effective. I also thought we relaxed a bit, and you can't do that against good teams. They started to make shots all of a sudden from anywhere. We just let them stick around.

I thought we did a decent job defensively. You have to give them credit, they were knocking down big shots. Every time we'd make a run, they would hit a big shot.

The big focus for us was the three-point line. I think we were able to hold them without a three-point shot for the first 35 minutes. We shot 34 percent in the first half, but the fact that we shot 40 percent from three-point line in the first half gave us a five-point lead.

I thought we made some mistakes in the first half where it could have been a little tighter, or we could have even had the lead. Then they come out (in the second half) and extend it from four to eight. From then on, we're just chasing the rest of the half.
