Hunter did a great job. He hung in there and got us to the fourth quarter with an opportunity to win the game and then we just didn't finish it.

We knew we would beat them, as we matched up really well on paper. We had a lot of strength going up against their weaknesses. The freshmen really showed some heart in the win over McDaniel. It felt like a new team against McDaniel and that really got some momentum going.

The team can designate one player on defense, and that player cannot change during the game. And if that player were to be injured, then that would be the end of that communication for that game, for that team. The system will not be designed, the way we propose it, to be put on more than one player.

I think the credit there goes to Rene Haynes a lot and Victoria and the guards. They did an excellent job of playing her correctly and staying focused. She's a great player and I think our team defense was solid.
