en I saw some guys that were very frustrated, very upset with the loss. They came to practice with a little more businesslike fashion. I saw some kids getting on some others, and I've liked seeing that.

en Coach (Jimmy) Williams said it best that these guys have a resistance to learning. We go over it every day. For some reason these guys don't absorb it. That's what has frustrated the coaches. They're good people. They're not bad kids at all. But it's been a very frustrating year for the coaching staff.

en (Yesterday) was really the first day I saw him frustrated in practice. We'll see how it goes the next couple games and if need be, the older guys, that's part of our responsibility to see that he stays focused on the right things.
