That was by far the most passionate that McGrady has played in some time. I thought he was off the charts tonight, just very assertive on offense, vocal, on the board, defensively - I just thought he was great.

We thought we were quicker than they were and I thought we could wear them down. Defensively, we just had five kids coming at them the whole time. Offensively, Darrell is instant offense, L.J. stepped up tonight and I thought Charles Miller was outstanding.

I thought the JV, overall, played pretty well. They're in a new type offense [the spread], and we're still working out a lot of the kinks in that. Defensively, I thought we gave great effort.

I thought Sacramento played great tonight. They did a wonderful job defensively and offensively on us tonight.

It was a great first half with two very good goals. I thought that the way we responded after they scored was exactly what I was looking for. It was a great match, I thought both teams had chances, we had a good one with Chris Albright's header off the post, that could have made the difference for us, but I thought defensively San Jose played exceptionally well, putting forth a lot of energy and forcing us to play quickly.

I thought that we started with [defensive] good intensity. But it just seemed to me that when our shots are not going, it seems to affect us on both ends of the court. I thought tonight it affected defense as much as it did offense. We got great shots today -- we were not taking bad shots for the most part. But when they don't go down, it starts to affect what you do defensively.

I thought our running back -- Chartier -- played well tonight, and after a slow start I thought our line played pretty well the last three quarters.

I thought the first 20 minutes we were outstanding defensively. I thought we played smarter defensively, and I thought we did a good job of corralling to the ball and rotation was pretty good for the most part.

This is obviously very big for us. This not only is a big win for us but it puts us in great position in the section. This is always a huge game for us and tonight was no different. Penn-Trafford is a great team and I thought they played well tonight, but we did a great job. I'm thrilled with how the girls played tonight.

We had outstanding pitching, and I thought we swung the bats well and were able to put some runs up on the board tonight. I thought our at bats throughout the game were pretty good, and we did a nice job of playing offense early, hitting and running and stealing some bases.
