I've been cut off ordtak

I've been cut off so many times at that intersection by people who don't know they should stay in the right lane for the mall. It's so annoying.

They have to stay in their lane without crossing over to see another dog or people. Regardless of what distraction is going on, they have to stay in their lane.

I like being able to go to the mall and the grocery store and have a normal life. I've seen what those guys go through. I witnessed it with Frank. He could barely walk in the mall without getting mauled, and people following him. They can have all that. I just want to make a good living, be able to support my family and stay under the radar. The whole key in analyzing the traffic impact is the use of the key intersection of Lewis [Street] and Trinity Lane and the access to the site.

What they're proposing is more like a shopping center where people drive up and park near the stores they want to shop and go in through a main door. There seems to be a trend away from the small malls. [Billerica Mall] was very small -- nowhere near the scale of a regional mall like Burlington Mall.

As we continue to have development in that area, we are seeing an increase in traffic at that intersection, and a driveway that close to an intersection is nothing but a problem because drivers at both sides are trying to figure out where the other is going. It's very confusing for drivers at that intersection.

I had to fight with my background ... but I also had to live in the general environment. People have to be categorized. That's very annoying. Don't you find that annoying? Life shouldn't be like that. The world isn't like that. There's a lot of complexity. There are exceptions.

Because of the installation of the right turn lane on Lincoln Avenue, modifications to the entire intersection is required to make it function safely and properly.

The southbound inside lane does widen to approximately 16 feet near the intersection. Left turns are permitted in the northbound and southbound directions. Northbound left turns are prohibited during the peak times of 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. We will investigate if peak hour restrictions should be considered on the southbound left turn from 12th Avenue South.

The right lane has a pretty big bump in it. Historically, it's been a one-lane race track, normally the left lane. So, I don't know if they've made any improvements or not. I haven't heard anything, but I guess we'll find out. Lane choice is critical here.

Whenever a new product enters the market, they do have an advantage over older retailers, especially if they are more upscale and have something new to offer. We saw that happen to the Palm Beach Mall when the Gardens Mall opened. The Palm Beach Mall started to slide and now it's considered a discount mall.

They were playing duck, duck, goose with the lanes. They couldn't find out who was in Lane 3 or Lane 7 or Lane 8, so they switched it around. Then the announcer called it with the wrong lanes, so they switched it around again. They did that about three times. But the audience was patient, we were patient and we put on a good show.

The mall has always helped us a lot with fund-raisers, ... They will help us set up a booth at the mall to let people know about the foundation.
