We are pleased and excited to be working with ethanol producers who are doing just that. Ethanol Africa is progressive company and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them on their first and future ethanol facilities.

The idea is to establish a program that doesn't provide a subsidy for those who don't need to be subsidized.

We're going to need all forms of energy production, including more coal and nuclear. Despite the Bush administration's support for clean coal technologies, the US is not investing anywhere near what will be needed to make this work.

We're concerned that even with the fee subsidy, the first home ownership part and the $1000 start up a lot of people are going to look at this and feel its too hard.
