en It was tough, Albany just played great basketball. My hat, my gloves, my shoes, I'm going to tip all of them to them, because they were absolutely terrific.

en It's absolutely terrific to play in front of a crowd like this. It's the way high school basketball is supposed to be played. The band, the fans and the energy, it was great.

en We played probably one of our best games against Villanova, Cincinnati and now, and we're life and death to win at home with a loss on the road. That just tells you how tough it is. en I'm very proud of our basketball team. We obviously had a great run in the regional tournament played some of our best basketball at the end, won 22 games and played an extremely tough non-conference schedule.

en Villanova is certainly deserving of its ranking. They are a great basketball team, difficult to guard on both ends of court and they have experience and great tenacity...Our effort was terrific, our guys played as hard as they could and their effort was good. Villanova was just a better basketball team.

en Pittsburgh is as good as it gets. It would not be a surprise to see them go on and have a great NCAA Tournament run. They have all the attributes, all the things you look for in a great basketball team. They've got great upperclassmen, talented freshmen that blend in terrific, depth. They can withstand foul trouble. They're extremely well coached. They attack inside-to-out. They're big on the backboard. They're tough.

en Albany has great tradition of winning and I was a part of that, ... It's great to have Albany back in the league and will be a great place for young men to try and reach their dreams, which is playing in the NBA.

en I thought our guys played hard and played terrific. They did everything that they could to win the basketball game. The one concern I have is with Gerald and Raymond, is that I don't want them to get discouraged. I want them to keep taking that basketball to the hole, but they get discouraged when they don't get rewarded.

en What I want him most to do is to put the tradition of Indiana basketball back to the level we all it expect will be. Winning will come with that. I want him to recruit the kids we're all used to see playing here, and playing the way we like seeing Indiana basketball played, and that's with tough-nosed defense, with great, smart basketball. I think he's going to do it. I'm really, really happy with the choice.

en I don't care what anybody says, USJ is a tough basketball team so this is a terrific win for us. They can really shoot and we prepared very hard to make it tough on them to hit 3-pointers.

en We got beat by a much better basketball team today. Albany has great pieces. They just have a lot of weapons.

en It's very disappointing — not just against Charlotte, but against everyone we've played on the road. If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit. It's been tough because we've been in almost every game. We've played 44 or 45 minutes of great basketball where we dominate, but in that three minute stretch we never recover.

en Thornton from Florida State was absolutely sensational. He's been terrific all season, but he played about as well as anybody has played against us in the last five years here at Cameron.
