We are reviewing this motion. We continue to review all of the rulings by the court of appeals because it is a long and complex one. We intend to move forward promptly.

We're pleased the court's going to move forward promptly and we would hope that RIM would accept our offer for a reasonable royalty license.

If he issues rulings as Sandra Day O'Connor did, it will be no issue at all. But if he goes to the court and comes forward with rulings such as we've seen from Justices Scalia and Thomas time and again, it will be an issue.

We believe it is important to have the court of appeals review the decision. Hopefully, that review will clarify the legal nature of the band's relationship with the state.
